32Este hotel me encanta fui hace unos años pero fui increible la piscina fue lo mejor, es buen servicio y queda cerca a la playa.
Fui para año nuevo 2020 y la verdad que me gustó mucho. Buena atención, súper serviciales. Los cuartos amplios y con aire acondicionado. Rico desayuno. Vista a la piscina. Y algo que me pareció muy positivo es que esta súper cerca a los bares y al centro de Mancora.
¡Nos robaron en nuestra habitación, ninguno nos protegió y el propietario y gerente ignoraron nuestra situación y no llamaron a la policía!

Me and my friends from Chile we come to Mancora for 9 nights and got drugged and rubbed at this very place Mancora y sol. None helped us finding out the responsable neither the hotel showed us the camera report to identify the thief. The police took our report but barely did anything. We lost a Mac book pro and cell phone, our credit card was stolen as well. We had to leave early the place. We felt unsafe. Isn’t the hotel fault as we are in part responsible of what happened, but security especially in Mancora needs to be taken seriously from the accommodation. In the hotel no one care of us or worried about our situation.
We also left a review on the web site we booked though, hoping they will improve the facilities. I heard other guest next door from Perù staying in the hotel complaining about money lost in their room but have no report to the reception because not sure. They thought was a cleaning lady. Careful on booking here!
Excelente hotel, habitaciones amplias con a/a y limpias. A una cuadra de la playa y cerca de bares y restaurantes. El personal muy atento y el desayuno excelente
El lugar es muy limpio, el personal es lo mejor, su piscina, las hamacas fuera de cada habitación, la dueña Sra Celia muy amable y Wilder el conserje una persona muy preocupada, siempre sonriente y dispuesta a ayudar, la cercanía a la playa como 50 mts, es un lugar a visitar siempre que vayas a Máncora.
Ótima localização, próximo a praia e aproximadamente há uns 10 caminhando do centro.
Quartos confortáveis e limpos. Os funcionários são muito amáveis e atentos para qualquer dúvida sobre a cidade e passeios.
O único que poderia melhorar é café o da manhã em dois pontos: oferecer um horário mais cedo para servir e disponiblizar mais quantidade de pão.
Buen precio y cómodo. Máncora ya no es lo que era. Está muy tugurizado y las playas sucias y descuidadas. El turismo extranjero es mayormente de gente mochilera. No creo que vuelva.
Lindo hotel y piscina limpia. Habitaciones e instalaciones limpias. Desayuno incluido satisfactorio
