URETA HOTEL CUSCO

No puedo decir lo suficiente sobre este hotel y el Sr. Ureta. Tanto el Sr. Ureta como su esposa me trataron como a una familia y se esforzaron por brindarme una experiencia increíble. El señor Ureta no solo me acompañó a cambiar moneda para que no se aprovecharan de mí, también me llevó a mi parada de bus para Machu Pichu ya que tenía que salir muy temprano. Por favor apoye este hotel familiar; sus dólares cuentan mucho más aquí que en cualquier cadena. ¡La mejor experiencia de mi vida!

Un lugar espectacular, excelente servicio y amabilidad de los anfitriones: excelencia en la recepción. Las recomendaciones que dan para una visita excelente al Cusco son espectaculares. El sector donde está ubicado es seguro y muy accesible al centro de la ciudad. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas. El horario del desayuno es muy accesible.

Tuvimos una gran experiencia desde el momento en que llegamos al hotel. El propietario Víctor nos hizo sentir como en casa. Todas las mañanas nos preparaba el desayuno y nos ayudaba en todo lo que podía. Las habitaciones estaban limpias y las camas eran cómodas. Volvería otra vez cuando lo visite.

We stayed Nov 16th to 18th and were overwhelmed by the excellent hospitality from Vctor and his staff who couldn't do enough for us he arranged for tour guides, shuttle service, rides etc.took great care of all of our needs. Would highly recommend Ureta Hotel when staying in Cusco.loved It!

Es un excelente hotel para hospedarse en Cusco. Las habitaciones son muy confortables y las camas son geniales sobre todo si haces excursiones se agradece poder descansar y este hotel lo permite.

En cuanto a la atencion y el servicio es totalmente profesional y muy bueno. Tanto Victor como su hijo Franco estan muy pediente de los huespedes y estan dispuestos a ayudar.

Lo recomiendo al 100% no tengan duda estaran como en casa.

Our stay was phenomenal! The owner Victor goes above and beyond for you to make sure you feel at home! The hotel is clean, well taken care of! The staff is friendly! Coming to a country and having a language barrier can be hard, but not when you stay at Ureta! Everything went smoothly! The breakfast was delicious! He even packed us snacks for the airport! I highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel was very confortable and the service was incredible! Victor is the best and super helpful! More quiet than the center of Cusco. Supermarket and pharmacy are super close too.

We had a fantastic stay here! From start to finish, our stay was seamless and everything we needed was provided for us. Victor was incredibly hospitable and was able to accommodate everything we needed, such as early morning packed lunch when we went to Machu Picchu for the day. The breakfast was plentiful and set us up well every day. When we let Victor know that I was vegan, he made an effort every day to provide me with vegan options I could eat. The ladies working in the kitchen were so kind as to give me an entire pot of tea and help me carry it to my room when I asked for a mug of tea. Truly everyone made us feel welcome and well taken care of.

Overall I highly highly recommend staying here. We felt very welcome and will definitely stay here again if we're fortunate enough to make it back to Cusco.

The owner, Victor, will ensure that you have the most comfortable stay without complications. Whether it be calling you a cab for any hour of the day so your plans go smoothly, making fresh breakfast with his staff as you make your way downstairs, and even preparing a bag of snacks for your excursions (see photo) - he makes sure everyone is taken care of. He is a good man with an amazing team, we’re looking forward to our next stay at this family owned hotel. Thank you Victor!

Fantástico hotel! Atendido por sus dueños, María Antonieta y Víctor, excelente atención, cordiales, cálidos amables, honestos, predispuestos para calmar nuestras inquietudes, nos explicaron todoooo. Amplia la habitación, comodísima la cama, excelente el desayuno, fue un placer habernos alojados ahí, fuimos por dos días y nos quedamos una semana. Totalmente recomendable, volveremos!

Este lugar es súper tranquilo, cómodo, y no muy lejos de plaza de armas máximo 10 minutos en taxi. Lo que más me gustó del este hotel es la atención del Víctor que es súper amable y atento.
El nos ayudó a conseguir mucha información acerca de cómo planear nuestro viaje ya que llegamos sin planes.
Fue una celebración de aniversario y no tengo palabras para describir esta experiencia.

This place is super quiet, comfortable, and not far from Plaza de Armas, maximum 10 minutes by taxi. What I liked the most about this hotel is the attention of Víctor, who is super friendly and attentive.
He helped us get a lot of information about how to plan our trip since we arrived without plans.
It was an anniversary celebration and I have no words to describe this experience.
