Tucan Hostel Cusco

Muy mal servicio, extremadamente decepcionante, hice una reserva para una habitación con baño privado, cuando me registré no me proporcionaron lo que reservé, la señora de la recepción fue muy descortés y sin querer ayudar, el dueño vino y habló conmigo. pero no pudieron resolver la situación, terminé cancelando la reserva y mudándome a otro Hostel, situación que nunca te gustaría enfrentar en tus vacaciones, tienes que buscar desde cero un lugar donde quedarte, por suerte en Cusco hay muchos lugares.

El mejor albergue en Perú! Personal super amable, cocina decente, lindo patio con mesas y muchos enchufes para trabajar. Las habitaciones son silenciosas, muy agradables y cálidas, y las camas son muy cómodas. Gran presión de la ducha y agua muy caliente.

Nada mal. Buena ubicación. Habitaciones confortables. No puedo quejarme. Nada súper especial o loco. Simplemente un buen albergue.

El personal no era antipático pero tampoco era amable. A pesar de los gruesos muros, el sonido del patio llega directamente a la habitación. Por lo demás estuvo bien.

Hice una reserva por booking. Al parecer booking se equivocó en el precio (algo que yo no sabía). A la tarde noche minutos antes de llegar, les envié un mensaje y me dijeron que cancelara la reserva por qué mi habitación estaba dañada (los daños eran unos problemas mínimos en la pared y en un conector) y no podía hacer nada. Son unos irresponsables, que no les importa el turista. Me cancelaron la reserva por qué no querían hacerse cargo del error de booking. Piensen bien antes de reservar acá por booking por qué si hay errores, te cancelan de forma unilateral y no les importa nada.

Quizás tuvimos mala suerte pero nuestra habitación no estaba nada limpia. Además, me molesta el cargo arbitrario del 5% por pagos con tarjeta de crédito que exigen algunos albergues (incluido este).

Un lugar Perfecto, a escasas cuadras del centro. Limpieza A1, Atención A1. Agua a Full, Super Precios. Yo quede prendado. Gracias Tucan! Pase unos días excelentes en Cusco

Absolutely incredible hostel. The owner is very nice and gave us a better room free of charge because there weren't many tourists at the hostel.

Hostel is clean (cleanest I've seen in my 3 week of backpacking) and the atmosphere is super-cozy.

Showers have warm water and good pressure, beds are comfortable. 10/10, wouldn't go anywhere else. Also very good location (5 minutes from historical center).

Excelente hostel! Súper limpio, cómodo y tranquilo, pero lo mejor es la atención de Luis y Gabriel en la recepción, siempre dispuestos a ayudarte en todo lo que necesites.

I had a great stay here. It is a very nice hostel and I stayed in a beautiful room with a view overlooking the main plaza below. They were very helpful in storing luggage and were always on hand for recommendations. There is a lot of space to relax with free teas.

Hostel is a close walk to the main plaza in Cusco! I loved our stay in this hostel and they have free tea! After traveling for 6 weeks around Central and South America this was our last destination and the staff made sure to check in with us and make us feel comfortable the entire stay! The hostel also has the best taxi rates should you need a ride to the airport. Shoutout to Luis and Gabriel! Your humor and welcoming spirit made us feel at home!

Exceptional and friendly Staff who helped us so much! Nice and warm beds and a super Hot shower:) Really nice place!

Nice private room. Clean hostal. The staff need better communication between eachother. On arrival a staff member broke a key in the door by mistake (which is fine) but they tried to charge us for the broken key several times. There was a double booking on our friends account and they tried to make them take responsibility on their hostsl world account rather than admit it was there fault. They tried several times to make our friends take the blame.staff need more training

We booked a week in advance and on the day we should arrive they send us a message that they were overbooked. Which is strange because on the morning they confirmed our stay. They offered us a less nice alternative to stay. We were not happy about the situation and would not recommend staying here.

Great location. Clean and large private room. Awesome service, especially by Luis. We are coming back after the Salkantay Trek!

This was an excellent place to stay at! It is easily accessible for all the day trips throughout Cusco and they even offer storage for your things if you decide to leave for Macchu Picchu for a day or two and come back. Additionally, the staff is able to order cheap and reliable taxi recommendations.

I really appreciated the staff here! A huge shoutout to Luis and Gabriel for friendly service and always being willing to help us out with anything that we needed.

The location is verry convenient and central.
The beds were the most comfortable things, very clean along with the washrooms. The staff was wonderful! They made sure to attend to all our needs and went out of their way to make sure we had a comfortable stay. Definitely 5 stars. Thank you Tucan hostel

We stayed at a number of the more popular backpacker hostels in Cusco before coming to Tucán for a night. I wish we had stayed here the whole time. Modern/clean rooms with good hot water pressure and the price makes it a great deal. Well stocked kitchen for guest use and really neat common area. Good choice if you want a good backpackers hostel but you also want to get a quality night’s sleep.
