57Muy buen hotel, con muy buena ubicación. Muy bien amoblado y con muy buen trato de los trabajadores. Asimismo, muy buena comida.
Lo más resaltante de este Bello Hotel, es la "excelente" atención de todo el personal. Bellas instalaciones, todo limpio, las habitaciones poseen vistas a las montañas, incluye el desayuno buffet que es muy completo. Recomendable con 5 estrellas, la única sugerencia extender el check out!

It is a 4-star hotel and they are great. The location is really good: near to the main square and in front of the river. The rooms are good, with a great shower, and everything is clean. They offer a walk pick-up service from the train station (5 min walking distance from the hotel) and help you with the luggage.
Pessimo atendimento, tinha horario para tomar banho quente e durava 5 minutos, o check in é as 9: 00, nunca vi ser tão cedo, mas o pior é que eles não avisam nada dessas regras, pegam de surpresa.
Comimos en el bufet con el grupo del viaje, correcto y adecuado. Los precios de las bebidas y el café los encuentro muy altos.
Average hotel rooms, clean, not too expensive and close to the bus that takes you to Machupicchu. Breakfast was pretty good, especially the fresh juices and the nice view of the mountains and the river.
The people at the front desk were great. They helped us find a guide for our visit to Macchu Picchu. It's not required, but after going I definitely recommend one.
Our tour guide was also great, and cost $60 for 2 of us. Definitely well worth the things we learned while we were there.
The free breakfast was decent. Typical taste and quality for hotel breakfast buffet food. The juices were fresh.
The room was clean, and we had an amazing view. Will be staying here again if I ever come back.

Great hotel for the price and location. Our room was clean, had a comfy bed, and a fantastic balcony overlooking the river. The receptionist was super helpful and gave us a fantastic dinner recommendation. The breakfast was delicious! I would definitely stay there again!
Clean nice hotel. Very quite. Nice breakfast. BE CAREFUL- rooms don’t have EU sockets like entire Cusco region.

Fantastic, helpful and friendly staff. We received early check-in and lots of great restaurant recommendations. Free drinks in the lobby were great, too. The rooms were huge and spotless. Hot shower and nice views from the room. We greatly enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was also great but the restaurant (separate business) offers a quite expensive lunch buffer for bland food.
Muy buen hotel a precio razonable. Nos dejaron un detalle en la habitación por ser nuestra luna de miel! Además nos recogieron las maletas al llegar a Aguas Calientes y también cuando nos fuimos, con lo que pudimos pasear por el pueblo hasta la hora del tren sin preocuparnos!
Si volvemos, repetiremos!
Bem localizado, a poucos metros do ponto de onibus que te leva para montanha machu pichu e da estacao de trem. Otimo atendimento, cafe da manha excelente, e uma otima vista para as montanhas que circundam aguas calientes.

Waren sehr begeistert von dem Zimmer. Schöne moderne gemütliche saubere Zimmer. Zimmer zur Flussseite, aber das Rauschen hat uns nicht gestört. Sehr gute Matratzen und Betten.
Das Bad sehr geräumig. Kostenfreier Safe im Zimmer und gratis Wasserflaschen.
Zentral gelegen zur Busstation (Machu Picchu) und zum Zentrum.

O hotel está localizado na rua do ônibus que leva até o parque de Machu Picchu. O quarto bem confortável é com vista par ao rio. Café da manhã estava gostoso.
We stayed at the Tiera Viva hotel for one night before we embarked on our journey up to Machu Picchu. We wanted to rejuvenate so we got the suite room that came with the hot tub and room service. We have a balcony that overlooks the beautiful river in town. The food was honestly fresh and amazing for a hotel. They were very accommodating and got us in last minute. The room was clean and a good location for walking distance around the town. I would highly recommend this place and look forward to coming back.
