Tambo del Inka, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa, Valle Sagrado

Fuimos solamemte al restaurant, probamos el cuy que realmente magnífico pero venía con un mouse de maní y algo más que sabía algo quemado y un solterito que no fue un high light. La sopa de carnero muy buena

Todo estuvo muy bien. Absolutamente recomendado Reserva el spa con antelación si quieres un masaje.

Tambo del Inka was a great place to stay for a trip to Machu Picchu.

The spa and pools/jacuzzis were fantastic.

The staff was incredibly nice and helpful.

The location was great for exploring the town of Urubamba, and was a much easier trip to Machu Picchu than going all the way from Cusco.

We were unable to use the hotel's private train station, but I imagine that would have made things even nicer.

The spa at Tambo del Inka was unbelievable. David at the front desk was more than accommodating to our multiple bookings (day of, and over the next few days) and MAIRA was magical. I got a lymphatic drainage massage and balance facial and it was more than I expected and one of the best experience I’ve had at a destination spa. 5+stars

Muy bonito lugar para desconectar del ajetreo del día a día. Vale la pena venir y quedarse toda la estancia paga disfrutar de las instalaciones que ofrecen

What a great experience we had at Tambo del Inka, looking back at our trip we wish we extended the stay in Urabamba and shortened our stay in Cusco. The hotel was spotless, the rooms were big and the beds were extremely comfortable. The staff was attentive and very welcoming. Starting our trip on the sacred Valley also helped us get acclimated to the altitude. I truly think this place is a must. They had daily activities that were provided by certified tour guides which was a nice touch. The pool was half indoor and half outdoor and it was nicely heated, their aquatic circuit was what the body needed after the long flight and drive to get there. Exactly what one would expect of a luxury hotel. Thank you Tambo del Inka team for making our stay as amazing as you did.

Stayed here with a larger group meeting. Well beyond the Marriott experience. Staff super friendly, accommodations beyond my expectations. Super clean. There is nothing not to like about this resort. Would recommend!

For being in a sort of isolated small town, I wish there was a little more to do on site or even that the property, itself, was a bit larger. It’s a beautiful, very modern resort but I wouldn’t say worth the $400USD per night.

Este lugar es realmente un paraíso. Las habitaciones, baños, ropa de cama son fabulosos. La variedad y atención en el buffer son excelentes. La piscina y la zona de spa son increíbles.

Hermoso hotel lleno de naturaleza y tranquilidad para pasar unos días de descanso. Su personal es amable y sus instalaciones cómodas con vidrios insulados que ayudan mucho con el frío y el poco ruido que hay.

Es un hotel lindo, pero tiene una pésima atención. Durante cuatro días nos intentaron cobrar de más por cada cosa que hacíamos aún cuando nosotros tenemos la categoría más alta de Marriott. Al llegar, nos asignaron habitaciones diferentes a las que habíamos reservado cuatro meses atrás. Isaac, es lo único bueno que tiene de atención este hotel. El Tambo del Inka es muy caro para lo que realmente es, la comida no es para nada rica y es extremadamente costosa. En el pueblo se consigue mejores restaurantes. Pésima experiencia tuvimos en el hotel. No volveremos.

Amazing location, room was fabulous. The 1 st floor rooms are on the ground floor facing the river with gardens. Food is extremely exquisite. Service was over the top perfect.

Surprisingly really good food from restaurant Hawa. Me and my husband had two meals so far and every single dish was on point! Staff was super helpful and quick to respond with our request. The heated pool and spa are also a must. We had a 4 days trekking trip before arriving at Tambo del Inka, and this was exactly what we need, comfort and relax.

La información de tarifas no es clara, informan servicios supuestamente incluidos en la tarifa de manera engañosa y lo peor: la atención del Gerente (Bruno Giordano) fue inaceptable, su trato fue displicente y desafiante! No recomendamos este hotel, la relación precio/ beneficios y servicio no es acorde a la categoría Marriott. El jefe de servicios de alojamiento si fue muy amable y trato de darnos solución pero el gerente nos informó abiertamente que le “ cobraría de su propio bolsillo” los cargos que nosotros no aceptáramos (por información no clara de parte de otro empleado del hotel) …. Consideramos que esta actitud para con nosotros como huéspedes así como para con sus empleados es inaceptable, más aún para una categoría como la esperada y a la cual estamos acostumbrados en Marriot! Inaceptable la actitud de este Gerente!

The spa was great. Almost no one else there and a beautiful view of the urubamba river and surrounding nature. The front desk staff was extremely helpful, attentive, and accommodating. The pool is indoor outdoor. In addition to normal spa services, you can also pay for the hydro circuit which has hot tubs and other water therapy. For being one of the top spas in Peru it is reasonably priced. Really easy to get to from Urubamba. Just a 5 minute walk.
