Palacio del Inka, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Cusco

Me gustó el servicio excelente fue fascinante mi familia y yo estuvimos muy gustosos de la hospitalidad la verdad lo recomiendo para ir de vacaciones y pasarla genial

Este es posiblemente el mejor Marriott en el que he empezado. Histórico y bien conservado. Todo el personal es extremadamente amable.

El edificio es absolutamente hermoso y es agradable que esté fuera de la plaza y sea tranquilo.

Sin embargo. Cuando llegamos nos dieron 2 habitaciones que no tenían aire acondicionado y ambas hacían un calor insoportable. Preguntamos a 2 empleados distintos y nos dijeron que no había aire acondicionado en el hotel. Al día siguiente, temprano en la mañana, le dijimos al empleado de recepción que las habitaciones eran insoportables y le preguntamos si había otras habitaciones que tuvieran mejor flujo de aire. Nunca supimos de ellos y luego volvimos a preguntar mucho más tarde ese mismo día. En ese momento nos dijeron que podíamos cambiar de habitación que sí tuviera aire acondicionado después de que nos dijeron dos veces que no había ninguno en el hotel……. Después de mudarnos, una de las habitaciones fue excelente, la otra, el aire acondicionado todavía no era excelente. El hotel quería cobrarnos 200 más por noche. Ofrecieron una reducción de 120 dólares al momento de pagar. Sólo tenga en cuenta que no todas las habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado.

El servicio no era de 5 estrellas y nos pareció bastante inútil.

¡Una estancia inolvidable en el Palacio del Inka! Celebré el cumpleaños de mi esposa y el hotel lo hizo realmente especial. El personal, especialmente Badir y el Sr. Goyo, hicieron todo lo posible, arreglaron flores, un mariachi y ofrecieron una cálida bienvenida en todo momento. El spa con hojas de coca, wraps y masajistas expertas fue increíble. Impresionados por su profesionalismo a la hora de encontrar dinero en la habitación; Trajeron un supervisor durante la limpieza. Renato, nuestro experto guía turístico, dio vida a la historia con detalles interesantes sobre las hermosas pinturas de la época de los conquistadores y los elementos arquitectónicos incas. ¡Muy recomendable para una experiencia única y enriquecedora!

Me he alojado en cientos de hoteles y este es uno de los más bonitos. Llegamos aquí después de una caminata de 5 días por el sendero Salkantay, así que estábamos agotados. Me recibieron con un pisco sour y nos guardaron las maletas. Además, pude utilizar su servicio de lavandería urgente y recibí ropa limpia en unas pocas horas. También recibimos un masaje que fue el mejor masaje que he tenido en mi vida (gracias Ana). También pedí un delicioso servicio de habitaciones. La ubicación es perfecta; muy transitable a todo en Cusco. Por último, pero ciertamente no es un contrato de alquiler, el desayuno buffet fue, con diferencia, el mejor que he probado en mi vida. La selección de buena comida saludable fue inigualable. ¡Gracias!

Me encanta ese lugar y la gente de allí. Kayla me registró y me dio una mejora. Las aerolíneas Sky seguían cambiando mis vuelos, así que seguí enviándole correos electrónicos a Miguel con los cambios de vuelo y él siempre estaba
muy amable al respecto. Renato pasó casi 2 horas tratando con Sky Airlines en mi nombre porque mi español no existe. Fue mucho más allá de sus deberes para ayudarme. Por favor, NO vuele Sky Air para venir a Cusco, sino venga a Cusco y quédese en el Palacio del Inca. He viajado por todo el mundo y puedo ser exigente, ¡pero este lugar es perfecto! También disfruté de su spa y restaurante. Tienen oxígeno disponible si lo necesitas. ¡Acabo de actualizarlo a 6 estrellas!

Beautiful, amazing, stunning, fantastic hotel to stay in Cusco. We stayed here upon arrival to Cusco, traveled to Machu Picchu and returned for another evening. The road was under construction in front of the hotel, but this was not an issue for us. Upon arrival we were greeted at the door, welcomed into the hotel, and guided to the reception area. They immediately took our bags and carried them for us to our room. Coca Tea was shared as well. Our room was comfortable, spacious, and a work of art. The hotel is beautiful, two courtyards, large naturally lit walkways, beautiful blue doors, artwork, and locally crafted pottery scattered throughout. Josver set up a tour of the Tater Vera Pottery workshop when I asked about the pottery. We met Mr. Vera and purchased a piece to bring home. The hotel has an old world style bar that makes a fantastic Pisco sour. The restaurant service was attentive and friendly for our breakfast, lunch and dinner. We enjoyed the fresh food options, amazing fresh breads, and the gnocchi was my favorite dish! The Alpaca visit was a neat addition to the stay. We were treated like family by Elmer and Josver, carrying our bags, bringing waters, and greeting us by name when passing by. This was by far our favorite hotel and cannot wait to visit again!

I spent one night here after a long day at Machu Picchu and on the train ride back to Cusco. A few things, customer service at the hotel is world-class. Friendly greetings and willingness to help at any moment.

The room I had was okay, it could use an upgrade. The furniture and fixtures are old, time to update the rooms. The bed was comfortable and I got a solid night’s sleep.

The comp breakfast was also very good, it’s buffet style but restaurant personnel will plate your food items per your request.

The location is also very close to Plaza de Armas - about 2-4 blocks away. The roads around the hotel are under construction so you’ll have to walk about 1.5 blocks to the hotel if you’re being dropped off by taxi/Uber.

Excelentes instalaciones, a todo dicen que si pero no le dan seguimiento les encargue cafetera para el cuarto y se les recordo 3 veces y al dia siguiente 2 para la reposicion, uno que otro malacariento en recepcion

Fantástico la pasamos, el servicio de Victor del conserjería fue A1, nos ayudó en todo los inconvenientes que tuvimos, gran líder

Mala experiencia, las habitaciones no están bien aisladas, toda la noche escuché los ruidos de al lado y de la calle, dormí pésimo. Encima las cortinas no se pueden cerrar por completo, a las 5 am tenía la luz del día en la cara. La atención es regular, me dejaron en el aire con un pedido para la habitación y al final llegó incompleto.

Spent 50000 points more in this other Marriott hotel. The problem here is that it didn't seem to me a 50k more than a 40k points hotel. It doesn't have spa or pool included in the rate. Rooms are smaller and it has a more colonial air. I paid for the spa but it didn't fare better deal than other Marriott hotels. Bottom line, if you have to be in Cusco you are better of in Convento rather than here

Honestly, I considered not giving this place a review anywhere, because I didn't want too many people to know about it.: P
The more people know about awesome places, the more crowded they tend to get. *sigh* But I didn't want to be unfair, so here goes -

I stayed at the Palacio del Inka when I visited Cusco for the first time in November 2021. Stayed for about 5 days, and loved every minute of it. I actually extended my reservation by a day as well, since I loved this place so much.

The people are warm, the property is gorgeous, the service is impeccable and it is also very conveniently located. I really loved the rooms, and OMG the courtyard is just gorgeous. Every night, I would go stand in my balcony and admire the view from my room, before going to sleep. They also have a Pisco Sour making class every evening, and their pisco sours are DELICIOUS and pack a punch for sure. Haha, I cannot wait to go back here!

I wont lie - there were a few things that went wrong, BUT the only reason I mention this, is because I want to talk about the way the Manager [Matias Caceres Pena] handled everything, once he knew about what happened. He promised me he would turn my experience around by the end of my stay, and he was true to his word. He killed me with kindness for sure:) I interacted with him the most - yes, but the rest of the staff was also really warm and amazing. The folks at the bar, the front desk people, and my BFF Emerson at the Concierge desk!:)
Mistakes can happen - it's how you handle them and grow from them, that shows your true character, right?:)
Apart from those few things, I still had a pretty enjoyable stay and fell in love with the place.

Would highly recommend anybody looking for a beautiful property, in the heart of Cusco to check this place out. I have no doubt that you will fall in love with this hotel, and the staff, just the way I did:)

Beautiful hotel in the middle of everything. Walking distance to the city and safe neighborhood. Excellent service from everyone especially Josver who helped me around.

Compartimos linda experiencia con mi esposo en el circuito de hidroterapia y sauna nos ayudó mucho a relajarnos.

Incredible hotel! We loved our 2 night stay here and only wish it could have been longer. Thank you to Elmer for the wonderful hospitality and friendly welcome everytime we entered the hotel. It felt like home! Thank you to Leo for the warm welcome at the front desk. The service was top notch and we really enjoyed the stay!
