Pachapapa

El peor servicio que recibimos en Perú. La camarera fue antipática y cuestionó cada pregunta que teníamos con una cara terrible. Por el precio, encontrará excelente comida y servicio en Cusco, no en este lugar. No se lo recomendaré a nadie. Servicio horrible, especialmente para los locales.

Imprescindible si visitas Cuzco. Increíble ambiente íntimo y discreto. Vive auténtica música de arpa peruana una noche que estuvimos allí. Nos fuimos muy impresionados con los aperitivos, platos principales, cócteles y servicio, así como con la personalidad/ambiente del restaurante que nos hizo visitar nuevamente durante nuestra estadía en Cusco. Lo recomendaría altamente. Un agradecimiento especial a Panchita por ser un alma tan amable, gentil y hospitalaria. También a Gareth por tomarse el tiempo de explicar los detalles de las opciones de comida que no figuran en el menú oficial, es decir, los platos principales del día.

Una experiencia única y muy recomendable. Decir que comimos bien es quedarse corto Ambiente hermoso y acogedor. Pero sobre todo un agradecimiento especial a la atención de la superlativa Panchina!

La comida es accesible y sobre todo riquísima, si te puedes llenar con los patos. Y la atención es de lo mejor. Es un lugar para volver.

La comida era deliciosa y llegó rápidamente, las porciones eran grandes. Panchita, la persona más dulce de todo Cusco, fue nuestra camarera.
Volvería otra vez gracias a ella.

Un poco más caro, pero es una excelente opción si quieres probar el cuy al horno (cuy asado) o el filete de alpaca. Muy amable y buen servicio son una ventaja.

Consejo: el cuy se presenta entero justo después de asarlo, pero lo llevarán nuevamente a la cocina para que te lo corten y lo pongan en tu plato. Entonces da menos miedo de lo que piensas;)

Deliciosa comida peruana, muy bueno el trato de Luis que nos atendió muy amablemente. Recomendado!

Gran restaurante en San Blas. Ambiente íntimo y romántico, comida sabrosa y refinada, precio acorde al servicio. Definitivamente uno de los mejores en Cusco.

I love this restaurant! One of the best places to try ceviche. The ambience is really nice and there's live music too. David the waiter hi helps us with our order was very nice.

Pachapapa is on the upper price for Cusco. Unfortunately the food doesn't match the price and ambiance. To start the waiter as a bit of an attitude (compare the welcoming Peruvian people) we order the trout of the day: basic filet with steamed vegetables and fried potatoes and a mushroom pizza (tiny). Our both dishes had no flavor at all. So blend. We had to had spices and pepper but still so boring. We skipped dessert
This is a tourist trap, after been in Cusco for 3 days we had way better food every night for less money. AVOID.

It was ok. I hate olives and the menu didn't mention the papa rellena had them so I didn't enjoy them as much. Tallarín saltado was good, would have liked it less runny and spicier. Atmosphere was nice (harp player and dim lighting) although I did not like that I had no heater near me so I was freezing the entire time. Waiter was somewhat attentive and provided good service. I wouldn't come back here though and try somewhere else.

The best restaurant we’ve been to during our trip in Peru. Great menu with Peruvian classics very well done and a few confort food options such as the pizzas. The « postres » (desserts) where by far the most convincing we’ve eaten in the country, mixing best in class patisserie skills with local ingredients and flavors.

Si hablamos de calidad de producto, si cumple. Atención en general, también. Su chayro cusqueño es muy bueno y su trucha, exquisito. Entiendo que son platos que se preparan al instante, pero si emplean otra viabilidad para manejar el tiempo de espera, fueron 1 hora aprox y fui casi 4 de la tarde. Su vajilla es muy peculiar y curiosa.

Excelente lugar, excelente servicio y excelente comida. Pedimos cuy horneado y una deliciosa pizza de trucha. Ambientado con un músico tocando su arpa.

Since I did not want to eat guinea pig (or any other meat), I decided to go for a pizza. I mean what can go wrong with a pizza, right? Even a bad pizza is an OK meal, so I thought. Little did I know. When the pizza came, it came half baked. The dough even looked super white still. The cheese wasn't melted properly and the rest just the same. Well, so I asked the waiter to put it back in the oven for some time. After another 2 minutes approx.it came back, almost in the same consistence.

I am really not a person to return food (did that maybe 3-4 in my life), but this was a real fail. One could argue that it's my fault to order pizza in a peruvian restaurant. That's fair enough. Though I hope to help everyone reading this to avoid making the same mistake.

Bon restaurant péruvien avec un joli patio, un grand four à bois et parfois un musicien. Les assiettes sont généreuses, il n'est pas nécessaire de commander plus d'un plat par personne. Nous n'avons pas tenté le typique cochon d'Inde mais il semble que ce soit le bon endroit pour s'essayer à cette spécialité andine!
