Muy cara y muy mala coordinación, me sacaron un ojo de la cara solo porque iba con extranjero.me sacaron la hora errada en el tren, sobrevalorada, nada profesionales, la peor que hicimos en todo Peru.

Cuzco Tour
Pros:
- The people they sent to pick us up from the airport and tours were always on time!
- Guides were knowledgeable are spoke good English.
- Hotel were clean and had plenty of hot water. Breakfast was very good.
- Buffet offered along with one of the tours, was spectacular.

Cons:
- The first day they did not tell us that we couldn't buy food or water anywhere on one of the ruins! We got dehydrated big time and we lost the bus on our way back.
- They did not tell us that the weather in Cuzco changes very fast. On the first day we were cold and miserable.
- After every tour they did not take us back at our hotel dropping us off at the main square instead. We were tired and hungry and had to take a taxi every time.
- They charged 20% extra because we paid with credit card
- Hotel wanted to charge 1/2 price in order to allow us a late check out on last day

After all, good experience. We appreciate the work of all our guides. Marco was ok. Gerome was sweet and had a good sense of humor, and Carlos was very knowledgeable. Although, I'd advise not to buy the tours in advance but in Cuzco if it is not busy season. I think you get a better deal.

I thought this was a mediocre tour at best. It was supposed to be in English, but it was mostly in Spanish. We had different guides each day. One was very good, one was ok, and one was not very good. As for the arrangements, the buses were not comfortable and the sound systems didn't work well. On the way to our hotel at the end of the day their policy is to DROP you at a square '10 minutes' from our hotel. Well, according to Google, it's a 17 minute walk and the sites around Cusco are very strenuous so you're really tired at the end of the day. The sites visited are great, but NOT a very good tour. Also, on the Sacred Valley day, too many 'shopping stops. ' The single worst segment was driving home from Machu Picchu - the 15 person minivan started with 6 passengers, but the driver was apparently 'moonlighting' and kept picking up and dropping off people off the street along the way. For most of the ride, there were 18 people in our 15 person van - very uncomfortable! This segment was 'farmed out' to Bus Lucy.
