We booked one night in this hotel but it was closed! Instead they proposed us another room in the other hotel of the group (JAYA) and it was an awful experience!

Go to Inti Punku Instead, they are adorable.

La Cabaña is closed! Some people told me that it has been closed since the Covid and the hotel is still sold online.

The owners are liars and thieves, don’t go there. They told me to go in another place and because it was a better place then theirs, they asked me to pay more, they tried to make me pay the price of my reservation PLUS the website commission which is NOT normal. (I’ve worked in Hospitality for 8 years now). When I refused, they just told me that the hotel was full and that I should go somewhere else…

I went to INTI PUNKU which is just amazing, with real human people and where they made me a great price without me asking at all!

Great hotel, everything as expected for a reasonable price. Originally they refused to reschedule our reservation over a phone with no reason. Later in person, the front desk assistant Richard approved our request and gave us a nice room with jacuzzi. So we decided to stay one day longer.

The hotel has a warm and nice reception. We were given two practical and well lighting room on the top floor. We arrived after reached Machu Picchu through a long Inca trail. We were very tired, so we joined the jacuzzis. The baths in the rooms were delightful and the beds very comfortable. The neighborhood was quite so we had best rest of our trip. Breakfast was pretty good with fruits, breads, eggs and american coffee, no espresso.
Highly recommend.

Very nice hotel near MachuPicchu station. The staff there are all help and friendly. Rooms are nice and clean. We had a very comfortable stay in this cute lovely hotel!

Either new or newly renovated hotel. Great location and service. No air conditioning, but the weather was very comfortable. No elevator. I would recommend a room as far away from the stairs as possible.

Amazing experience staying at La Cabana! Most recommended for any travel to Machu Picchu and staying in Aguas Calientes overnight.

Once we had made our booking online, the team at La Cabana reached out to us and got the details of our arriving train.one of the staff was promptly present at the railway station to greet us and guide us to the hotel.this was super helpful in the confusing streets of aguas caliente.

The staff at the hotel spoke perfect English and took care of our every need.

They had special towels at the reception for the hot water springs.making it a super comfortable experience.

We had a 6am entry to machu Picchu and hence had to leave by 5am.the team had prepared boxed breakfast for us to go.this was an amazing breakfast set that made our day much more enjoyable.

Most importantly the room was super luxurious and ultra clean.the bathroom was large and was amazingly clean.

Most recommended for any traveller.

I stayed for one night on November 5,2019 for my Macchu Picchu trip. Room was huge for myself, and it was sparkling clean. Staff was courteous and breakfast was sumptuous. Pedro, the manager, was very helpful. I Would recommend to travelers and would definitely stay there again when I get a chance to visit peru in the future.

The entrance to the hotel was a welcoming warm glow and the reception was very pleasant. We were given a charming room on the top floor. A delightful decoration with flowers on the bed. We had an afternoon to explore Aguas Calientes before our tour of Macchu Picchu the following day. We left and returned multiple times and every greeting was by name. The bath in the room was delightful. The bed very comfortable. The best night sleep I’d had in a long time. Breakfast was outstanding. Fruits, breads, eggs and delicious coffee. Highly recommend.

Está em reforma. Funcionários atenciosos mas o quarto era meio escuro com móveis escuros. Para passar uma noite tudo bem.

ESPECTACULARRR! Nosotros estuvimos en Enero 2019. Excelente atención, hermosas habitaciones, riquísimos desayunos. Cerca de la estación. Una joya. Volvería sin dudas.

No había nadie en la recepción cuando llegamos. Nos dieron una habitación sin llave mientras confirmaban la reservación. No había agua caliente hasta 1 hora después. No habían toallas. No jabón. Mejor pedimos a nuestra agencia de viajes q nos cambiará de hotel.

Very good luggage service, pick up and deliver at the train station. Hotel is nice, breakfast close early at 9: 00.

Lugar tranquilo, alejado del ruido de la estación de trenes y buses, tiene varios restaurantes alrededor
