La experiencia fue bellísima, única y increíble, el trato que te dan y la experiencia, algo que en gusto fue el diseño y el orden del lugar y habitaciones

Lo primero a recalcar del Hotel, son las vistas magníficas desde las habitaciones. ¡Es imperdible! Las instalaciones de habitación son bastante cómodas y el personal siempre trata de ofrecer un buen servicio. Lo recomiendo.

Very much enjoyed our stay here. Food was delicious. And vegan food available! Peaceful scenery.

Habitaciones amplias. Comida correcta.

Piscinas sucias y exceso de arañas y mosquitos (ideal para amantes de la selva, aunque no para aracnofóbicos).

Exceso de luz durante la noche (las cortinas no son opacas) y ruido nocturno (cercanía a las vías del tren).

No está mal, pero sí muy lejos de lo que yo entiendo por un 5 estrellas.

We stayed here as part of a tour, and it was comfortable. I would recommend NOT wearing shorts to avoid getting bitten in the ankles by some kind of insect. My ankles swelled up after an interesting walk around the property to view orchids.

Un verdadero hotel de 5 estrellas, tiene todo, un día sería insuficiente para conocer las instalaciones y ver el gran trabajo de conservación de la flora y fauna.

Our casita was gorgeous and the grounds of this hotel are beautiful as well. The nature around you is very nice, with that comes big spiders and I became okay with that. We had a casita with an outdoor shower and jacuzzi I wanted to use the jacuzzi but it had tons of leaves in it. Just ask them to skim it if you really want to use it. Sleep fully clothed as you may get some bug bites (you're in nature so this is not a cleanliness issue it's natural and you should expect this with how you're in the middle of the forest). I did want to leave my storage there while I went to macchu picchu but the front desk rep seemed a little annoyed that we needed to leave our stuff which was a little weird because they had a storage room specifically for this. Nonetheless this is the best place to stay in that area
And the reviews stating food was no good are incorrect. We're from New York/Connecticut and we KNOW good food and the complimentary dinner and breakfast were VERY GOOD - for reference I ordered the tortellini for dinner and the eggs Benedict's for breakfast
And I was extremely satisfied. We received a couples massage with coca leaves and it was really really really amazing. We are thankful for our stay and the staff was lovely.

El mejor Alojamiento del CUZCO. ALGO RETIRADO DEL CENTRO. PERO PRECIOSO, BUENAS COMIDAS, BUENA ATENCION! EL MEJOR HOTEL!

Desde luego es el mejor sitio donde quedarse en Machu Picchu. Los jardines y las cabañas son espectaculares. Por ello, bien merece la pena dedicar una noche en Aguas Calientes.

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. You feel separated from the main town being located in stunning grounds. Food good and staff really friendly.

Un hotel espectacular sumergido en el bosque de la ceja de selva de Aguas Calientes, es en si mismo un destino y un alojamiento que te sumerje muy bien en el ecosistema en el que se encuentra Machu Picchu. Sus habitaciones son muy acogedoras, con piso radiante para dar un calor natural a sus ambientes y con muchos detalles que te recuerdan que Inkaterra tiene un claro propósito de respeto al medio ambiente. Sus trabajadores son todos muy atentos y siempre estuvieron preocupados por que mi estadía fuera inolvidable.
El desayuno cuenta con una carta de opciones calientes que complementen muy bien con el delicioso buffet.

Our room is fantastic. Excellent dinner and breakfast is included. You receive a free one hour tour of the grounds (take it!) as well. Don't drink any alcohol here though - an after dinner wine and mimosa cost me 35$. I live in a resort area and that's just ridiculous!

Purely on a value: cost basis, this hotel deserves one star…but the staff are very nice/helpful so adding a second star. Room/bathroom are old & dated and the food at the on-site restaurant is expensive and tasteless! When you’re the only 5 star hotel in town, I guess you can get away with this!

The room was OK. Coold at night. When I asked for a heater, they told me that they didn't have any. The hotel has hot springs, where we went after checking in. The pools were very dirty. The sauna (which doesn't even look like one) was cold. The front desk, which was NOT friendly, told us we have to make a reservation and pay extra. Look at the pictures I am attaching, do you want to pay for this?

Hermoso lugar, muy místico, muy buen servicio, sus habitaciones y lugares de descansos, son magníficos. Absolutamente estamos muy contentos y felices de estar aquí. 100000000% recomendable!

The Inkattera in Machu Picchu is a beautiful resort with Inca style rooms and a huge property. The only downside is that it’s impossible to get an appointment at the spa or even service there.
