100% recomendable.acogedor, limpio, muy buena atención y sobre todo se siente como en casa.

Tanto a mi hija como a mi esposa les encantó. La ubicación y el servicio fueron buenos. Especialmente la ubicación es muy buena. El precio tampoco está mal. Este parece ser el hotel más atractivo de Cusco. También puedes tomar un descanso y tomar una taza de té en el patio.

Es un lugar hermoso donde pasar un hermosa velada sus habitaciones son amplias y agradables. La atención es excelente y muy fácil de llegar.

Hermoso hotel con arquitectura colonial que te envuelve en ese ambiente de historia y cultura que se respira en el Cusco, buena atención y excelente ubicación

Me gusto la idea eco-friendly que tiene este lugar. En recepción son bastante amables con lo que se solicita y siempre estan resolviendo cualquier duda que tengo.

Un buen lugar para disfrutar con la familia y las abitasiones son muy buena y aparte los personales de trabajo son muy amables lo recomiendo

The hotel is located in the historic center of Cusco, and about 20 minutes from the airport. The hotel scores with its Spanish colonial style from the 15th century. The rooms are modern and stylishly furnished.

This place is very good! It's a great location, service is great, the breakfast is wonderful, and the room is decent. It might not be as comfortable as we are used to in the US, but it's decent for standards in Peru.

Hotel maravilhoso. Estava tudo perfeito. Com certeza o melhor hotel que já fiquei hospedada.

Cuarto con poca ventilación. Ventana da hacia ambiente cerrado y con equipos. Dos veces en la madrugada se escucharon fuertes ruidos. WiFi con baja velocidad. Por lo demás, muy bien. Personal muy amable y atento.

Hotel perfeito para estadia em Cusco! Quartos confortaveis, atendimento cortes (destaque para o sr Julian Soto, que ajudou a resolver o meu problema com a questão da acomodação por conta da greve). Café da manhã diversificado. Super recomendo!

I was expecting more for $160/night for a courtyard adjacent room, so this is my list of pros and cons. I spent 5 nights there.
Pros:
1. Room and bathroom are big, and bathroom has a jacuzzi which I didn’t actually try.
2. Clean, the person who cleans the room does a great job every day.
3. They allowed me to check out an hour late (noon)
4. Conveniently located near Saqsayhuaman, Plaza de Armas (Main Square), San Pedro market, and within walking distance to Inca Rail or Peru Rail offices.

Cons:
1. Courtyard adjacent rooms are loud, people gather at 4-5 am for their tours and it has echo effect, so you hear everything. Even during the day people sit on the lounging chairs and you hear every conversation or noise plus the added echo. I’d suggest installing sound proof windows/doors for those rooms.
2. Air conditioner didn’t work, it was hot inside the room and every time I turned on the air it shot hot air even though remote said it was set to 18 celsius (65 F), I informed the front desk about it and they told me they will check but never did.
3. Coca leaf tea station at the courtyard never had hot water, every time I tried to use it, the water was cold so was never able to try the coca leaf tea at the hotel.
4. There’s no tour desk, most hotels have a desk offering tours with a reputable agency and a set price. Instead some of the employees try selling you overpriced tours which you can get for 1/4 of the price around the Main Square.
5. There’s no shuttle service to/from the airport. It’d be nice to have the service for a fee.

We are a family of five with teenagers. We were put in a family suite which is just one big room, with a double bed and two single beds. This is not what we asked for. We had asked for two bedrooms. One of our child doesn’t have a bed. And no privacy for any of uS. We tried to ask the hotel for at least a spare bed which could fit. They are not flexible and don’t care. No empathy, not solution orientated. Such a poor customer service. I don’t recommend this hotel as I would expect for a 4* hotel, solutions and help, and caring about customers issues & service. Such a shame.

There isn't really anything to criticize here. The hotel was quiet, and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast was very good. Located just a few blocks from the plaza de armas. Everything was very good in the very most basic way possible.

Uno de los mejores hoteles en los que me he alojado! Excelente servicio, trato muy amable y eficiente, instalaciones de primera, con todas las comodidades. Comida deliciosa, desayuno bufette y atención muy cordial. En el hotel cuidan muchos de los detalles, estaba saliendo a las 4 de la mañana al tour y sorpresa tenían mi desayuno para llevar. Totalmente recomendable, mi primera opción si tuviera que volver a Cusco!
