Hostel Kokopelli Cusco opiniones
Excelente ubicación central y personal realmente amable.
Great staff, very helpful. Great atmosphere, has a very lively bar in the evenings. The best place for solo travellers to stay in Cusco!
The booking system doesn’t work properly so they kicked us out a day early. They then came back and said they had space for us after we’d booked another hostel. Overall really disorganised. Woman at the front desk is unhelpful and rude
One of my favourite hostels in Peru! The staff were so lovely and remembered my name from the moment I checked in. The rooms were super clean and the dorms felt private with a curtain. I really loved how the hostel provided breakfast bags when leaving on tours early in the morning. Thanks for a great stay - I highly recommend!
Hostel booking system was absolutely atrocious, got blamed by staff for their mistakes and failed to offer any compensation. Would not recommend.
Worst hostel experience I have ever had. This is a party hostel, do not stay here if you plan on sleeping at night. Noisy environment, and when we asked if they would turn the music down at 1am they said it would stop when people were done dancing. It is really a pity because the hostel is very cool, but not worth it. I would never stay here again. Only got a second star beacuase they had breakfast ready for us at 5am.
Cool hostel in the centre of Cusco. We have stayed in a 'newer' part of the hostel. They messed it up with the key, so we couldn't even lock the room. The bathroom was very simple, no mirror no soap.the hostel was nice but they definitely need to improve some things
Wow, I couldn’t be happier about our stay at Kokopelli in Cusco. Jeffrey and Ingrid were the first to greet us as we walked through the door. They were both so eager to welcome us and make us feel at home immediately. We received a colorful wrist band that indicated we were guests and “part of the family” as Ingrid put it. We booked a private room which was clean and comfortable. Everyday, after our explorations, we came back to an empty garbage, clean towels, and a made bed. The staff is on top of it! Not to mention so friendly and responsive. The vibe at the hostel was colorful and inclusive. There were different activities every night- bonfire, pizza night, karaoke night, etc, which made it feel like a little community. The location was ideal, very close to Plaza de Armas and a lot of other buzzing districts. We felt very safe where we were. Overall, our stay at Kokopelli exceeded all expectations we had. Thank you to everyone who made our experience in Cusco that much better. I wish I could give you more stars!
Bathrooms and shower were clean and bed was comfy and had a curtain for privacy. Staff were friendly and helpful, Caroline especially. The bar was lively but there was never too much noise for me to sleep. The free walking tour was also great. Overall, great experience and I would recommend this hostel highly.
Kokepelli Hostel was a great place to stay. We had a private room which was very far away from the bar and loud music which was ideal. Lots of common areas both inside and out. We met heaps of cool people and had a great time playing pool and drinking pisco sours with fandoms. They run daily free walking tours and we even got a free pisco sour class hosted in the bar.
Highly recommend this place if you want a social hostel in Cusco.
Nice hostel, not much of a cosy atmosphere so can be a little difficult to meet people but a fun place!
The free breakfast is excellent and the hostel is thankfully not up the hill like a lot of other backpacker hostels, very helpful!
Siempre atentos a cualquier problema. Soluciones rápidas. Buena atención, el lugar muy cálido. Las camas son las de un hostel. Muy limpio, todo exelente.
