Cuzco rent a car me brindó la mejor experiencia que he tenido al alquilar un auto. Hicieron todo lo posible para brindar un servicio de primer nivel. No dudaría en volver a alquilarles y los recomendaría a cualquiera en quien confíe.

Es una empresa local, con muy buen servicio, respetan tus reservas y no aparecen sorpresas al momento de pagar, ademas me llevaron y recogieron el carro al hotel sin costos extras, alquile dos veces con vehículos distintos en la mi viaje a Cusco.

Una empresa de buena calidad un buen servicio y seguridad ante todo le recomiendo prestar el servicio de esta unidades comodidad y modernas

Camioneta nueva y excelente servicio.
La reservamos el mismo día y nos la entregaron impecable en el aeropuerto. El trámite fue sencillo y fueron muy amables.
La camioneta era una Hyundai de 7 asientos, ideal para mi familia. Recorrimos el Valle Sagrado y todos los sitios arqueológicos al rededor de Cusco. El celular lo conecté fácilmente con CarPlay y tuve el maps y Waze siempre disponible en la pantalla del vehículo. La devolución fue sencilla y me reembolsaron rápidamente la garantía.

Olvidé mis lentes de sol y me los llevaron al aeropuerto. Se pasaron!

Extraordinario servicio y el precio muy razonable.

Excelente servicio, te llevan y recojen el coche hasta el punto donde uno desee sin costo extra, en mi caso fue en el aeropuerto y pude ganar bastante tiempo, el auto nuevo bien equipado y sin incidencia alguna.

Buen servicio y la camioneta en buen estado. Reservar fue fácil y me entregaron el vehículo directo en mi hotel. El personal muy amable y mantuvieron buena comunicación.

The car was delivered to our hotel and we returned it to the gentleman from the rental company at our hotel. The car is in excellent condition, clean, the man from the rental company explained everything to us well. You can drive an unlimited kilometers, you can also pay the deposit in cash if it cannot be held on a debit card. Thank you

The worst car rental. They are scammers. I paid them 450 USD in advance for the car but because of the revolution situation in Peru I couldn’t come to Cuzco. My flight was cancelled. I asked this company to refund my money beforehand. But this company start ignoring me and the the refused to refund. So they just steal my money and didn’t provide any service. I recommend not to use service of this company. Their service is awful and they will steal your money at the first opportunity

Muy buen carro, el servicio también es muy bueno. Es importante comentar que debido a la altura sobre nivel del mar el carro no tiene mucha potencia pero va y viene a todas partes.

As a traveler with very limited Spanish, i was hesitated to reach out to a local car rental place with my last minute request, but Orlando who handled my request was very professional and accommodating, he dropped off the car in my hotel, and was able to come to me at a restaurant for return for my convenience, and drove me to the airport afterwards. Their price is reasonable and service is trustworthy. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a rental vehicle in Cusco area and explore at your own pace.the only hiccup i noticed was that once i submitted my request online, i did not receive a confirmation email and had to call to confirm, but 5 stars experience nevertheless

Muy recomendado. Alquilamos un coche con Cuzco Rent a Car por dos días y no hubo ningún problema, servicio muy profesional. El coche nuevo, limpio y en perfectas condiciones y nos lo trajeron al hotel y lo vinieron a buscar, además es posible pagar con tarjeta.

By far the best car rental experience I've had. I love to road trip it up every where I visit, hence I've dealt with lots of car rental companies. No one has made it as easy as this guys. They are flexible, will deliver the car to you, will pick the car up from your location, and is 25% less than the big car rental companies. I picked up a toyota hilux from them. Definitely recomend it if you want to explore the dirt back roads or if you want to drive to hydroelectrica.

Easiest car rental I’ve ever had! They are super responsive and straight forward. No hidden fees or anything. They will go out of their way to bring your car to your hotel for you and are flexible with timing. Payment through credit card was very easy. We rented a hilux and it was in great condition. Great brakes and turbo which is very important in this high altitude area especially to make it up high to find beautiful views. Overall amazing experience and will be using this car rental company again in the future.

Despite appearances, Cusco Rent a Car is a very professional and helpful company. We were able to pick up the car wherever we wanted and had a brand new car. Very satisfied with the experience!

If you need to rent a car in Cusco, this is the place! The process was incredibly smooth, the price was fair, and the car was extremely nice. We got stuck in terrible traffic on our way back to Cusco and Orlando was beyond kind and understanding. We had been warned that renting a car in Cusco can be difficult (with unexpected charges, etc.), so we were nervous. There was no need, as we went with Cuzco Rent a Car, everything was fair, upfront, and easy. Cuzco Rent a Car is the THE PLACE to rent a car in Cusco!

We wanted to rent a car gor one day for trip to Humantay laguna. We called and agreed with Orlando to pick up the car in our hotel. Car was in good condition and very clean (Cheverolet Prisma). Our trip was pleasant and we dropped off our car again in our hotel. Whole process was pretty easy, Orlando broght POS and charged my credit card on the spot. Prices are good as well. Definitely recommending renting a car.
