Necesitaba el baño urgentemente. Así que pregunté si podía usarlo, y la recepcionista me dijo que si no tenía una habitación tenía que irme. Ella rápidamente llamó a seguridad. ¡Nunca me han tratado así en ningún lado!

Excelente ubicación y sin duda un hotel con una muy buena relación calidad precio.

El hotel está bien ubicado en el centro de Cusco. Los empleados del hotel son en su mayoría muy educados y muy serviciales. Sin embargo, la habitación en la que me alojé no era tan buena, la cortina de la ventana no bloqueaba la luz y las camas estaban inclinadas. Por el precio del alojamiento, creo que las habitaciones deberían ser mucho más lujosas.

Ubicación perfecta y gran ambiente. Nos alojamos en dos habitaciones diferentes. Uno estaba demasiado apretado y no podía abrir la ventana sin quitar la cortina. El último estuvo genial y era estilo suite (obviamente costos más altos). ¿Vale la pena los costos? Creo que el servicio fue excelente, el desayuno también fue excelente, las habitaciones en general estaban muy bien con problemas menores.

Sin duda nos alojaríamos aquí de nuevo si volviéramos a Cuzco. Hermoso, excelente precio, ubicación perfecta, excelente personal, buenas comidas.

Definitivamente recomendaría este hotel si estás visitando Cusco. Servicios profesionales, hermosas habitaciones cuyo interior está inspirado en la cultura y el arte local. También tienen una tienda de alpacas en el hotel, bastante útil para comprar regalos de última hora. La ubicación también es excelente, a 10 minutos a pie de todas las atracciones turísticas. También guardaron la bolsa sin cargo mientras hacíamos nuestro camino Inca de 3 días. Muy lindo. Y sí, una vez que regresamos, ¡actualizaron nuestra suite sin cargo! ¡Quiero decir qué más! ¡Bravo Hotel Casa Andina!

Me alojé en casa andina premium, cusco del 29 de julio al 2 de agosto. Si bien las habitaciones estaban limpias y eran cómodas y el servicio de limpieza estuvo a la altura, los recepcionistas (el jueves 3 de agosto de 2023 por la noche) que atienden la recepción necesitan urgentemente un curso de hospitalidad y tratar a sus clientes con respeto. Cuando les pedí ayuda para contactar a otro de su cadena de hoteles casa andina en lima, las dos damas a cargo del mostrador de recepción se estaban haciendo muecas y se reían del cliente que estaba justo frente a ellas. Por favor tome un curso de hospitalidad! Así no es como te comportas con tus clientes. Es gracias a viajeros como nosotros que la industria hotelera y turística sobrevive. ¡Así que contrate a algunos profesionales en la recepción!

Aparte del punto doloroso anterior, el hotel es bueno para quedarse.

We loved our stay at this perfectly located hotel in Cusco! Our room, located off of a lovely courtyard, was spacious, clean and very quiet! Our breakfast was delicious and provided numerous choices - including made-to-order omelettes! All of the staff members were kind, courteous and professional. I particularly want to recognize Daniela, who is a wonderful example of outstanding customer service! When I needed assistance with the business computer system, Daniela offered to help me. She not only confirmed that everything was done properly, but stayed with me until the entire task was completed! Her outstanding customer service confirmed that this is a wonderful place to stay! If we return to Cusco, we would definitely stay in this property again!

El hotel es bonito, con muchos patios interiores, bien ubicado. La atención del personal es insuperable, son muy amables y respetuosos, hacen todo lo posible y más por atender a tus necesidades.

La mejor suit que he estado nunca; espaciosa, comoda, elegante y en un entorno magnífico, tanto por el edificio colonial con su patio como porque esta muy cenrico y cerca de la p, aza de armas. Sin duda si vuelvoa Cuzco me volvería a alojar en Casa Andina Premiun

Absolutely beautiful location in a historic building. Rooms are spacious and hotel is well located. 3 blocks from main square (plaza de armas) Armas. Would definitely recommend.

When we first checked in they put us in a room two doors from construction. The banging of hammers, etc.was loud so we asked to be moved to another room. They put us in a room that smelled musty and moldy. We were not happy at all with this hotel.

My family and i, went to have breakfast at the private collection Casa Andina, we were really happy with the atencion of the people who work there, the place is a lovely colonial house with quite good cusquenian art, the food was very good, everything just perfect.

I really enjoy my stay at Casa Andina Premium. The staff were very nice and accommodating. The room was nicely furnished, cleaned and a good size. They provided robes and slippers, water and a good selection of toiletries.

My roommate had a massage and loved it. She stated it was one of the best she ever had.

They also held our luggage for four days while we hiked to Machu Picchu. Very impressed with my stay.

Ubicado a solo una calle de El Templo del Sol y a 15 min de el aeropuerto. Caminando hacia la Plaza de Armas a 10 minutos. Cerca de allí hay restaurantes y tiendas. En cuanto al servicio del hotel todo el personal es bastante efectivo, incluso llevan el oxígeno a tu habitación si lo b necesitas. El desayuno muy bueno, tenían jugo de lucuma y chirimoya. Dentro del hotel tienen ATM o cajero automático, y al lado hay una casa de cambios.
Las habitaciones son amplias y bien amobladas, te brindan botellas de agua. Las habitaciones son alfombradas.

The room and bathroom were really nice, with a comfy king sized bed and amazing service. Only complaint was the noise level. I could hear everybody walking outside the room as if they were standing in the room. The room only had one window facing the hallway/courtyard, so there wasn't much privacy

Stayed 3 nights with my family of four in two rooms. The first two rooms smell like sewage when the bathroom light was turn on as the air fan was activated. It seems that the air fan, instead of removing any odors, got the odors into the room. On the first night we moved and the issue was solved for my children but not in our room. We asked for other rooms for the second night but since there were no rooms available near my children we were all moved to another area of the hotel to my surprise had smaller rooms. We were assured that the issue was going to be solved. One of these rooms had the smell issue. Since were tired of moving, we did not ask for another room. Unfortunately, we had to be on the bathroom in darkness, and with the aisle window open to get the odor out. Also, it took quite a bit of time (15 min) to get hot water on the shower and the first night i had to take a cold shower. Finally, the rooms were always missing bathrobes and the rooms were a little bit cramped with no place to store your clothes or wallet. Finally, the staff tried to solve the issue but after the problem, we should have received some sort of offer (eg free dinner). We will not stay in a Casa Andina again and sharing this with the tour agency.

Great place, liked it so much in the 1hour of getting there that we cancelled the 2nd hotel we had booked post-trek! Luckily they still had availability and we could leave luggage securely here when away in between.

We visited in April over the Easter holidays.

Breakfast everyday is quite a spread, with hot items changing almost daily. Service at front desk is fine. Staff are always happy to help. Rooms are pristine, well equipped. Great views, serene courtyard and the square outside is just lovely and a great hub of busyness -super for people watching with junctions! Well located but not too busy.
